GC Plumbing is great !! We had a horrible issue with what we thought was air in the pipes and even though we couldn’t recreate it Jett and apprentice Logan patiently spent 20-30 minutes going from room to room, side to side in front yard, up & down the attic and listening to me yammer on about what it sounded like. No eye rolling, smirks or laughing under their breath ! Jett was very committed to finding and fixing this mystery noise airy water issue. Finally it happened !!! Then he spent another 30+ minutes searching the house inside and out and every crevice of our tiny attic to find the issue. He didn’t go on & on about previous jobs or unrelated stories like most workers from other companies have. He was very easy going, explained what he was looking for at each step, didn’t speak down to me or over my head (from Michele Allen) and was clear about the options to correct. They came back later that day with the needed supplies and Jett did all that crawling, crouching and bending again in order to insulate & strap all the pipes. It was a long day but it’s fixed !!! BTW, my FOUR neurotic dogs were barking and jumping at the windows & doors the ENTIRE time but neither Jett nor Logan showed any frustration. And when they accidentally got loose, both just allowed them to bark then sniff and gave them pets once they calmed down.

We’ve used them several times over the past year or so and are now diamond clubs members. I’m sure that only matters for the discounts & extended warranties because Manolo and all the gang treated us like VIPs from day one. Manolo is always available via phone call, text or email and remembers every detail of our history. We get emailed estimates and invoices immediately that detail the work done and warranty. Can’t beat the small town treatment for big city caliber work !

Super efficient all around, from the front office to the work provided! We are very happy with our new hot water heater and will absolutely reccomend GC Plumbing to our friends and family for their plumbing needs!

Jason with GC Plumbing was great! We had a leak in our hot water line that grew exponentially in size over a few hours. The pipes were soldered together and not an easy homeowner fix. Jason came out and gave us several options for fixing it and walked me through the steps as he cut the pipe and did the replacement. We are very happy with the professional and above and beyond service.

Zach was very prompt, professional, and thorough in replacing 4 shut off valves and the shower spout diverters in both of my bathrooms. He showed me the problems, provided me with an estimate, explained how he was going to repair them, and then tested all the repairs to my satisfaction before cleaning up and leaving. Zach's attention to detail and pride in his work was very reassuring. I highly recommend him and GC Plumbing Services.

Chris with GC Plumbing did a great job on installing a new hot water heater at our home. He was on time and was cheerful and professional throughout his visit. His knowledge and attention to detail was well above average in doing the work, the unit was neatly installed with gas and water lines run in a professional manner. Just in our discussions around other things related to plumbing, it was apparent that Chris had a great deal of knowledge and well versed in his trade.

Overall, I a great experience on a decent size job to replace an existing tankless water heater. CG was responsive and on time, while the technician was knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and committed to seeing all aspects of the job through.

The hot water coming from my tankless water heater was alternating hot/cold. I contacted a couple companies but was ghosted, so I called GC plumbing. They promptly called back and set up a time to take a look. I got an appointment confirmation and even a link to the driver’s location in route so I could plan accordingly. The tech spent time debugging but ultimately needed to call the manufacturer as part of the warranty and troubleshooting process. He persistently waited on hold for nearly two hours before the manufacturer finally answered the phone! As sort of a do-it-yourselfer I naturally had a lot of questions and he listened and respectfully answered all of them in a casual yet professional way. Ultimately, I needed to replace the unit with a better brand recommended by GC. The same tech came out promptly and completed the job, sticking around until after dark to make sure the job was done, the site was cleaned up, and everything was working as expected. I would happily call GC for my next job (which hopefully won’t be anytime soon!).

Marcus was professional, courteous and reviewed the maintenance process before performing maintenance. On completion, he walked through the process with photos. The experience with Marcus and the GC Team over the last 2 years has been with the highest integrity!

We called GC after another plumber went silent on us. The office has been super responsive and the two techs that came out were amazing…both Tim and Marcus were professional, talented and on time. Work ended up coming significantly under estimate and looks great. We’ve thrown out the other plumbers number and will call GC first for all of our needs.

By far the best experience I've had with a plumbing service. Their employees are courteous, polite and very efficient. I was given multiple options on repairs and their quotes were almost half of what I was quoted by another local competitor! I can't recommend them enough!

What an amazing experience with Jason!!!! Jason was my plumber from GC Plumbing who came out to do an inspection of the house we just purchased. He went over the inspection report and was very detailed in his explanation as well as findings!! He also verified that things were working in good condition and brought things to my attention that I was not aware of. GC Plumbing Services are very professional and very responsive. My water heater had a leak and I called them after hours, 7:30 pm and they sent a technician out the next morning. Nick, the technician, is very knowledgeable and confident in his work. He took care of the problem and made me comfortable that everything was fixed. Cody and Jeff arrived early and quickly diagnosed my over pressure problem that had blown out one of my pipes. They got a new pressure regulator installed out at the meter and everything back together in plenty of time before Thanksgiving guests arrived.

Extremely professional! First time I've ever used this company, I called Friday afternoon with an emergency issue (to me) and GC Plumbing sent me a text with a picture of the tech that would be at my door. They sent a very mannered gentleman named Zak covid protected and very knowledgeable. Zak was straight forward with my issue and the cost before any repairs were started. He did the work and cleaned after himself. I highly recommend this company.

When they got here they showed me what needed to be repaired and the cost. A walk around of my water system showed no leaks, just the toilet. I haven’t had any plumbing work done in a long time. The charge seemed expensive. They did a good job. I am satisfied with the work.

I had a major backup issue with our piping in our condo and was leaving the next day for an extended period. GC Plumbing was able to rearrange their schedule and come out to fix the problem. The blocking in the pipe turned out to be a major issue but Jason was able to eventually get to the root of the problem and fix it. He was professional and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend GC Plumbing.

Had some water left in the dish washer. Wanted to know if that was related to the new installation of the grinder pump. The guys checked it out and it was not related. They gave me some options and answered all my questions. Also checked the line to the disposal and that looked good too. Always personal and informative.

Very fair and honest. I have used then a couple times. Once for my grinder pump after i had been told by another plumbing company i needed a new $5000.00 pump GC came out and fixed it within 1 hour.

Just a quick note to let you know that your service technician, Zak, was extremely efficient during his trip to my home yesterday. Totally understand our situation and we will undoubtedly order new toilets from GC Plumbing when the time comes. Also, your representative, Eric, who first answered your phone yesterday to make the appointment, was definitely a reason for our making the appointment. He greeted me on the phone in a warm and caring manner. He really did make "my day better". They are both awesome representatives of your company.

I was thinking the initial visit would be to just assess our water heater and then schedule the replacement, but Zak was able to get everything done that same day, working into the evening. Zak was amazing to work with and really went above and beyond in helping us to carefully weigh different options. Even though the previous water heater wasn't purchased through GC, they assisted us in filing a warranty claim with Rheem and returning it to Home Depot for a credit. That is a true testament to customer service!

Incredibly Responsive and Professional!
Piping to one of our "Backflow Preventers" failed around 3pm on a Tuesday and by 11am on Wednesday, GC Plumbing had everything repaired and back in order. I definitely recommend them.

Zak takes the time to understand the problem and sets his schedule to understand the customer's needs and availability. He does the work ONE TIME CORRECTLY. He is very professional and gives the customer choices about the repair with advise and cost upfront. He was very careful to observe safety conditions especially about CORVID-19.

Did not overcharge and super quick! Our water heater was out and I was worried whatever company I called was going to try and sell us a brand new one (because ours was about 7 years old) but Chris gave restarting the pilot light a try and fixed it easily! Turns out we just didn’t do the reset part right (oops) but Chris was very understanding and taught us how to do it right then so we can fix it ourselves in the future. Excellent service!

Woke up this morning to my toilet not flushing and noticed my grinder pump seemed to be malfunctioning. I called GC at 7:30 am and was greeted by a wonderful service associate named Joaquin. He jumped all over this issue and had the techs Marcus and Mikael out at my house by 8:30. Marcus told me everything that was going on along the way and was super informative about the process. As we continued talking Marcus let me know that he's a 3rd generation plumber which says a lot about him and his father and grandfather. Hard working dudes in that family. Marcus assessed the problem and cleared my tank immediately. Since they installed the pump it was under warranty (just happened to be a part that failed-not their fault) and they took it back to get it fixed. It is now 2 pm and they have already reinstalled and run all of their tests to make sure my pump is fully functional. What a service minded team you have at GC plumbing. You have a customer for life!

I highly recommend GC Plumbing. We had an estimate on a pipe repair from another company. My husband called GC for a second opinion. GC was able to locate the issue and give us a definite solution for half the price of the other company. Also, Marcus and Jet were great. They sat me down and explained everything in detail, in terms that I could understand. They were very professional. They also put all the landscaping back exactly how it was prior to the dig.

Good Clean Plumbing just replaced our water heater and put in a new tankless water heater. They did a great job and they were a pleasure to work with. I had a water leak on my property and I was convinced it was a crack in the sewer line. Trying to find a business who wouldn’t break me financially and that were trustworthy. I called and got a window of time that the technician would be out to my home. Zak and JR came out and assessed the situation fast and told me up front how much it would cost . I'm very happy with the response for scheduling a visits when our hot water heater was out. A new hot water heater was installed. Unfortunately, we intermittently lose hot water because the pilot light keeps going out (3 times since installation), but Nick, a fantastic plumber with great communication, has been responding quickly and is working to problem-solve through the issue.

Jett was top notch and very professional. He knew just what to do and got it done. Also, GC Plumbing was very responsive and came out the same day. If I could leave 10 stars, I would.

Zak came to service the house I moved in over the 4th of July. I had no hot water at the kitchen sink, the toilets needed insides, and there was a mystery leak in my garage. He did a full assessment of all plumbing inside the house as well as locate my water meter to verify pressure. Zak wore mask and gloves, as well as shoe covers to protect my floors. Even though he made numerous trips to his van for supplies, he always protected me by wearing a mask. Zak is a professional, pleasant, and knows the plumbing business 100%. GC Plumbing Services is blessed to have him on their team. Thank you Zak for all your conscientious work ethic.

I discovered my problem at the height of thee recent flood. In spite of the phone system being down at the time, GC Plumbing contacted me through an alternative system and responded to my request. Once we spoke a technician was assigned within 30 min and I was advised he would arrived within 3 hours. Travis arrived on time and was very professional. I showed Travis the problem and we discussed alternative solutions. Once we decided which way to go; Travis immediately went to work and completed the job within an hour. Travis and GC Plumbing went beyond meeting my expectations. They will be my go to service provider and I highly recommend them to anyone.

The quote from Good Clean Plumbing to unclog a drain was more than the other plumbers but included a camera examination of the line. I really wanted to know what was going down there, whether is was just a clog or something else. Jett, the assigned plumber was on time, very courteous, explained everything and gave me some good tips. He offered three different levels of service. I took the cheapest and he agreed it was the right starting point. Ended up just being a grease clog, so the cheapest worked out just fine. They even provided a 90 day warranty on the drain cleaning, which most plumbers don't do. Very pleased with the service.

I highly recommend GC Plumbing. After a service request by my home warranty company was delayed and then canceled leaving me without hot water for several days, I contacted GC. They were booked for the day but made a call to see if they could fit me in. Nick arrived within the hour. He was patient, professional and personable. I had a lot of questions and he answered them and took the time to explain how things work and why weren’t working. At each step of the process the pricing was made very clear. I have had trouble with another company preforming the work and billing me without providing pricing, diagnostic or approval. This was not the case with GC and I really appreciated that.

Nick went above our expectations for service. At one point my three year old challenged him to a push up contest and he obliged. Although Nick did not let him win, they were fast friends by the time he left. GC will be my go-to local plumber for the foreseeable future. Thanks a lot Nick! Excellent customer service.

I want you to know what a terrific job the GC Plumbing team did today to exceed our expectations. Our home is in Lakeway and our grinder pump stopped working yesterday. I called a Reputable local plumber and explained my problem. They came here at 1:30 pm looked at my situation, charged me $95 and said call them back after I hire a septic service to empty my pump.
I was frantic and called your office. The dispatcher sensed my desperation and scheduled Jason to come by at 3pm.
Jason immediately assured me he could tackle my problem. He explained all the steps and costs in detail. Even if I needed a new system, Jason let me know he would expedite everything. Jason was awesome.
He tackled one of the filthiest jobs with a smile on his face and exuding confidence he would take care of us.
I cant express how happy I was when Jason unclogged the jammed pump motor and had us back in business. All of this was done in just a few short hours and I live on the opposite side of Lake Travis.
I am beyond impressed. I am grateful for businesses like GC Plumbing that executed everything seamlessly and flawlessly.

We had used GC Plumbing for another job in 2017. At that time, I asked the plumber to evaluate my hot water heater and see if it needed to be replaced because it was pretty old. He could easily have just said, "Oh yes, replace it." But instead he carefully evaluated it and said that he thought it would last two or three more years and recommended replacing it then.
Fast forward to 2020. Just as he said, the water heater started leaking in 3 years. Since GC Plumbing had done such a great job on our 2017 renovation, I of course called them to replace the water heater. They did a great job! They gave us various options and explained everything really well. The crew who came to do the work, Zak and Damon, were so courteous and polite. They were prompt and tried to interfere with us as little as possible. They did high-quality work, getting our new water heater installed and up to code quickly and efficiently. We really appreciated their services, and we will definitely use GC Plumbing again!

In 2022, we used GC Plumbing again to replace an aging recirculation pump. Marcus & Mikhail were able to get it done the same day we called and did a great job, working quickly & efficiently. I am so pleased with GC Plumbing.

This is the first time I have needed to call a plumbing company to my 93-year-old cabin on Lake Travis, and I am happy to say GC Plumbing Services exceeded my expectations. This was our first time using GC and we were very impressed! Joaquin was quick in getting a technician out to us and Jett was amazing! Both were super sweet, great personalities, and very professional. Would totally use them again!

Marcus and his apprentice came out to diagnose why we were having delays in getting hot water. He was professional and extremely thorough and explained everything in lay person terms. We had issues with an airbnb grinder pump in LV. The red alarm warning light kept coming on. I would clear the red light. A couple of days later it would come back on. That's when I called GC Plumbing. They scheduled us for the following. Marcus from GC plumbing showed up, and went straight to work and diagnosed that one of the floats was going bad. He gave the management company two options. One was just to replace just the one float that was going bad, or replace all three. We opted to replace all three. After removing all three floats and installing the new three, Marcus insisted that he run several tests on the new floats and after few adjustments to we were back up and running. Marcus is a very knowledgeable technician and took the time to explain the whole process to me. A BIG BOOYAH TO MARCUS AND GC PLUMBING. On a personal note I have a 40 gal water heater that's about at the end of its life. I will definitely be calling GC Plumbing.

We needed to have 4 outdoor faucets replaced. Daniel was on time, efficient, explained everything thoroughly and did a great job. He reconnected our messy diverter/timer combinations on 2 faucets without problems. We also discussed some future work and he gave estimates and product information. Jett came out within the time specified (45 minutes after my call to the office). he gave me several scenarios that might be the issue when i described the problem-my grinder didn't seem to be working, and what the price would be. unfortunately, the grinder motor was beyond repair and had to be replaced, but he was able to quickly and efficiently complete the job without any problem. i felt that the price was very reasonable.

My positive experience started with Eric answering the phone. The positive experience with technician Zak continued. He came to repair my hot water heater. I have a Rannai tankless hot water heater connected to a 12 gallon hot water heater which had failed. The hot water heater was connected to a recirculating pump circulating hot water throughout the house. Rather than repair the hot water heater he was able to redesign my hot water system to eliminate the need for the hot water system. I am very happy with the new design without the hot water heater. Through the whole experience Zak discussed various redesign options with me. He was very polite, friendly, informative and professional throughout the repair/redesign process.

I walked downstairs one day to find a lot of water in my floor. I called GC Plumbing and they came the same day. Zak took the time to patiently pin point the issue, he told exactly what it was, where it was, and how much it was going to cost me. Glenn and his team made an overwhelming large scale plumbing project seem manageable after we found out we needed to replace all of the cast iron piping under our home. I had two new water heaters installed in January by another plumber that would not stay lit after about 3 weeks. After going back and forth until last week, I contacted GC Plumbing. Jarrod came yesterday promptly, surveyed, and diagnosed the situation. He indicated with the new units there are safety features that will shut the heater off due to insufficient oxygen. He recommended as a test to put a fan in the attic to draw more air in. I put a small fan in the attic between the heaters and they have remained lit since then. This is something I have not achieved since the middle of February. Now I have to get a roofer to help get more air in consistently. I wish I had used GC Plumbing initially. Thanks Jarrod!

Great service and only a one day wait for installation. GC recommended by very satisfied neighbor and by me.

We were dealing with a major sewer line issue that appeared to be a clog near our grinder pump. Jett was awesome to work with on the diagnostics and walked us through his assessment of the problem before we had to do further, more expensive testing. Our next step is to talk to the city since it's likely an issue on their side of the line, but Jett gave us our options for further testing to prove it if the city pushes back and tries to dismiss us. And the price for that was reasonable if we need to do it.

We felt he was very knowledgeable about grinder pumps and our type of system, and a straightforward, honest guy to talk to and learn more about our issue. We'll definitely be calling GC Plumbing again if we need their help.

In the past we had Glenn the owner on-site for a custom job. To be honest we loved him and his family - personable, down-to-earth overall good people. Things then got busy, really busy with the housing market. We ended up buying more small ticket items from the big box stores and contracting installation through them. Big mistake. We learned this the hard way when we had to have a recent kitchen faucet install repaired and fixed by GC. Fortunately, Nick and Marcus from Glenn's team were on-site. Both explained clearly and concisely what all was to be done and how they would proceed and how they could help us. They are all about the "relationship" and not just the "sale". An hour or so later, things were installed the way we wanted them and fixed properly. No more faucet wobbles, no more water seepage under the faucet because it wasn't tightened down properly. Likewise, the glass rinser we ordered and firmly communicated to the big box contractor was installed - he refused to install it when he was here. Moral of the story - continue to buy at big box stores if they have want you want, just be sure you hire GC for the professional installation. Do it once, rather than twice.
